What is TNE DIRECT?
We’re the retail arm of “TNE ENTERPRISES LLC” that produces premium products including their popular line of ECOGLOW pool lights and other USA made products. These are shipped directly from our DC to anywhere in the US.
How do I pay for it?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) or any other form of payment at the time of delivery or pickup. Payment must be received before we can prevent particular item(s) from being sold to another customer and begin the fulfillment process. Once your order process is complete, your items will be pulled and packed for shipment. We’re unable to “hold” merchandise without an order being completed.
Where are you located?
All items ship from our 4,000 sqft warehouse located just off rt. 101 in beautiful Auburn, NH. Items are shipped directly to your door.
What about warranties, refunds and returns?*
TNE ENTERPRISES LLC will make every reasonable effort to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase, including a refund. We allow up to 14 day’s past the date of delivery to request a return authorization. All TNE merchandise includes a 2-year replacement limited warranty.
